Claire is a Modern Languages Graduate with a Joint BA Honours from the University of Bradford in French and Spanish. During her four year degree course she spent a year teaching abroad both in France and Spain. Claire spent six months working at Alcatel in Cherbourg in the training department teaching English to company employees from beginners to Advanced level. While studying Spanish at the University of Navarra in Pamplona Claire gave private English language classes to school children and adults from beginners to A level. Claire was also an English teacher on a month's summer camp in Zaragoza, Spain during University holidays. During her final year Claire completed a TEFL course and now holds a TEFL certificate from the University of Bradford. 

 

After completing her Degree course Claire studied a one year Postgraduate Diploma in International Marketing with French and Spanish at the University of Staffordshire, here she started to learn Italian and later studied Italian at night school to obtain her A level.

 

Claire currently works as a Recruitment Consultant in Central London where she specialises in bilingual recruitment and regularly tests candidates language skills to grade their fluency levels in French, Spanish and Italian.

 

It is very important for Claire to use her languages in their native context and she travels to Spain, France and Italy on a regular basis. She has also recently undertaken a 3 month sabbatical to South America to sample South American Spanish.
